Twice registration of the writ petition is refused on the ground of non removal of office objections. Subsequently, civil application for restoration was also rejected. The same was restored on last occasion. Now the present application is filed for restoration of the writ petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' on condition that applicants deposit Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) with the High Court Advocates' Association within three weeks and office objections are removed within three weeks. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of.
