This motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 06.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Malte submits that sub clause 2 of clause 14 of the judgment does not specify that the workmen to be allotted on the said post on the date of which judgment. Hence, in the last line of the said clause of the judgment, it be added 'judgment of trial Court'. 3.

Similarly, he seeks modification of the order to the extent that in stead of 'Zilla Parishad', everywhere the word 'Municipal Council' be substituted.

Necessary corrections be done and corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
