Admittedly, the proposal submitted by petitioner No. 1-Institution for grant of approval to the appointment of petitioner No. 2, in both the petitions, is not yet decided by respondent No. 3 - the Education Officer.

In view of above, we direct respondent No. 3 to take decision on the proposal submitted by petitioner No.1 in regard to grant of approval to the appointments

of petitioner No. 2 in both petitions, if already not taken, after hearing petitioner No. 1 as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of ten weeks from today.

The learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondents/State submits that respondent No. 3 will hear petitioner No. 1 on 29th June, 2016. Accordingly, petitioner NO. 1 shall appear before respondent No. 3 on 29th June, 2016. Petitioner No. 1 will be entitled to place on record before respondent No. 3 the relevant Government Resolutions. Respondent No. 3 to hear petitioner No. 1 on 29th June, 2016 itself and take the final decision, as indicated above, within a period of ten weeks from today. The decision so taken shall be communicated to petitioner No. 1.

The writ petition is disposed of on above terms. The parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
