Learned counsel for the applicants has stated that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and by consent sought to quash the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No. 375 of 2020 registered at Jinsi Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and consequent Chargesheet No. 162 of 2020 and R.C.C. No. 1877 of 2020 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad.

Since there is prima facie material on record to show involvement of the applicants in committing the offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C., 1 / 2
