The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.620 of 2022 registered with Kadim Jalna Police Station, District Jalna for the offence punishable under Section 307, 326, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

It appears that in the morning, the nephew of the first informant threw the defiled sugarcane, on the person of the applicant. Hence, he scolded and beat him. Therefore, the first informant went to question him why he beat his nephew and then the incident happened. There is contradictions as regards the name of assailant. The injured has been discharged and the weapons have been seized. There were no antecedents to the discredit of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 12.11.2022. The charge sheet

927-ba-583-2023.odt (2) has also been filed. The circumstances favours the applicant for bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Dilip Kishor Dholake, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The applicant shall attend the trial on each and every effective date.
