The applicant seeks to set aside the order dated 5.3.2025 passed by Registrar (judicial) of this Court thereby refusing registration of the Second appeal ( Stamp ) No. 2339 of 2025. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to condition that applicant removes the office objections within two weeks from today. In case non removal of office objections, impugned order of Registrar shall govern the proceeding.
