Mr. Deshpande, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 2 raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has a remedy under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

In the light of that, it would be inappropriate to consider the matter on merits.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy available under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. No costs.

So as to enable the petitioner to avail the remedy and file proper application seeking interim orders, we continue the interim order passed by this Court on 19.05.2020 and extended from time to time for a period of fifteen (15) days from today. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
