The learned APP stated that, the District Magistrate has sought some clarification from the police about activities of the petitioner's club. The District Magistrate is hereby directed to consider the objections, if any, and decide the representation/application dated 5.2.2016 on its own merits, as early as possible, in any case within FOUR (04) weeks from today. If necessary, the District Magistrate may afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2.
