This application is filed for condonation of delay of 178 days in filing application for leave to file appeal, against impugned judgment and order of acquittal dated 24th July, 2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad in SCC No. 4661 of 2017.

Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned advocate for the respondent.

Learned advocate for the respondent has strenuously opposed the application, stating that the delay is not properly explained.
