The present applicants, who are arrested by Sonkhed Police Station, Tq. Loha, Dist. Nanded in Crime

2 Cri. Appln. 1923-2016 no.10 of 2016 for the offences punishable under section 3, 4, 5 and 9 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act, under section 3, 7, 15, 16 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, are praying for their release on bail.

The FIR would show that the present applicants were the customers when the raid was carried by the Police Inspector on one dhaba. The medical examination of the victims of the offence was carried and according the Medical Officer opined that both the girls were 17 years old.

Considering the fact that the present applicants were arrested on 20/02/2016 and investigation qua them is practically complete, the Application is allowed.

The applicants be released on bail in Crime no.10 of 2016 registered with Sonkhed Police Station, Tq. Loha, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable

Appln. 1923-2016 under section 3, 4, 5 and 9 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act, under section 3, 7, 15, 16 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, upon their executing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) each and also upon furnishing surety each in the like amount.
