Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

There is innocuous prayer, in as much as directions are sought to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the applications dated 2nd December, 2013 and 1st March, 2016 filed by the Petitioner seeking appointment on the post of Shikshan Sevak/ Assistant Teacher, in the light of Government Resolution dated 10th June, 2005 issued by the School Education and Sports Department, Government of Maharashtra, within stipulated period.

In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the applications dated 2nd December, 2013 and 1st March, 2016, if already not decided, keeping in view the

provisions under the afore mentioned Government Resolution and on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however in any case within TWELVE WEEKS from today.

Needless to observe that if the concerned Respondents wish to hear the Petitioner before taking the decision, they are at liberty to do so. 5.

With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 6.

We make it clear that we have not considered the contentions raised in the Petition on merits.
