Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The grievance is of such a nature that factual aspect is involved and the authority which can dissolve the Village Panchayat needs to make inquiry by following the procedure. This Court is not expected to make such inquiry. So the petitioner is advised to follow appropriate procedure. The writ petition is disposed of as not tenable.
