The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to include name of petitioner-society and its representative as a voter for Respondent No.2 - Bank.

It is noticed that programme of election is at an advanced stage and last date for presentation of nomination papers is also expired. In this view of the matter, directions in respect of amendment of the electoral roll need not be issued in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
