Petition is against an order passed by the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner Latur dated 8th July 2024 where Misc. Application filed by the present petitioner bearing Misc. Application No.437 of 2024 came to be rejected.

The said application was filed in change report No.436 of 2024. A

( 2 ) prayer was made to accept the change report provisionally in view of proviso to Section 22 (2) of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950. 4.

It is the case of the petitioner that it was incumbent upon the Deputy Charity Commissioner to accept the provisional change report. The Deputy Charity Commissioner has, thus, failed to exercise the jurisdiction. However, during the course of argument it transpired that the petitioner has also approached the revisional authority in the month of August 2024. The revisional authority, however, has not decided the revision filed by the petitioner as well as by other faction who has also filed change report bearing No.383 of 2024. This Court, therefore, finds that the petition can be conveniently disposed off by directing the learned Joint Charity Commissioner Latur Region, Latur to decide both the revision applications bearing No.92 of 2024 and 93 of 2024 within a period of two months from today.

It is made clear that, this Court has not made any observation on merits. The revisional authority to pass any order on its own merits. 6.

With this, writ petition stands disposed off.
