Heard both the sides. As per the order passed on 09.06.2022 learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the revision preferred by the respondent No.1 under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act would be tried and decided by the Additional Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Pune.

Admittedly, the revision was reserved for order since thereafter because of the change in the power, the parties were oblivious as to the authority which would decide the matter finally. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP now, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The revision shall now be decided as early as possible. The parties shall appear before the authority on 14.07.2022. 4.
