Advocate for Applicants : Mr. AM Phule, AGP Mr. SN Patil, Adv. For Respondent/s ----- CORAM : P.R.BORA, J.
DATE :
th August,2018.
PER COURT :
1.
In all these applications for stay, interim stay was granted by this Court on 23rd March,
2018. Vide the said order, ad interim relief was granted till the next date subject to deposit of the entire amount of the compensation with interest accrued thereon by the appellant. However, it is revealed that the acquiring body has failed to comply with the said order.
2.
Learned Counsel for the claimants informs that execution proceedings are being pursued by the decree holders.
3.
Till today, there is no application from the State for reviving the interim order of stay. It is also not informed that whether the Government has deposited the amount of compensation, as was directed by this Court. In the circumstances, I see no reason for keeping all these applications pending. All these applications for stay are, therefore, disposed of.
