[CORAM : SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.] DATE : 29 th APRIL, 2015 ORDER :
1.
In view of advanced stage of election wherein save and except polling all other stages are over, I refrain from entertaining the writ petitions, which apparently give rise to factual questions. Additionally, having regard to the decision of the Apex Court in "Shri Sant Sadguru Janardan Swami (Moingiri Maharaj) Sahakari Dugdha utpadak Sanstha and another V. State of Maharashtra and others" (2001) 8 SCC 509, I am not inclined to intervene in the matters at this stage.
2.
Writ petitions, as such, are not being entertained and are being rejected.
3.
It is, however, open for the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings at appropriate stage before appropriate forum,
{3} including election petitions.
4.
Pending civil applications stand disposed of. [SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.] drp/B14/wp3957-15
