ORAL ORDER :

Mr. Jadhav, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Respondent No.2 Committee is not accepting the proposal submitted by the Petitioner for validation of caste certificate as belonging to "Joshi", Nomadic Tribe only on the ground that it is not forwarded by any institution.

We have heard learned A.G.P. also.

The Respondents have to accept the proposal and decide the same in accordance with law even if private individual files the same. In light of above the Respondent No.2 shall not refuse to entertain the proposal submitted by the Petitioner only on the ground that the Petitioner is submitting the same.

The Writ Petition, as such disposed of.

No costs.
