We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for respondents. It appears that as far back on 16.03.2023, the petitioner had moved an application under Section 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 praying for a way being granted to approach certain agricultural fields. It is the case of the petitioner that no cognizance of the said application has been taken.

In that light, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 3 - Tahsildar to consider the aforesaid application moved by the petitioner under Section 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
