PER COURT :- 1.
The learned counsel for the applicant/s submits that, this Court in the connected appeals permitted withdrawal of the compensation to the applicants therein. In the same manner, the applicants herein may be permitted to withdraw the compensation amount.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent-acquiring body has not disputed this position.

Considering the award passed, the applicants are allowed to withdraw 25% on submitting undertaking to this Court that in the event the applicants are directed to deposit the said amount, the applicants would deposit the same within one month. The applicants are further allowed to withdraw 75% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security for the like amount. Respective civil applications are accordingly disposed of.
