The applicant is seeking replacement of earlier surety which was furnished for withdrawing 25% amount of compensation as per order dated 12.03.2021. Now the applicant has produced on record solvency of one Shri Meherchand Chamla Rathod who as per the solvency certificate issued by Tahsildar, Soygaon, is solvent for the aforesaid amount of compensation.
