Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount which has been deposited by order of this Court. 2.

It is stated that Rs.24,81,621/- has been deposited. Taking into consideration the fact that the sole earning member of the family of the applicants has expired, for their survival certain amount is required to be released.

Therefore, applicants No.1, 5 and 6 are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.3,00,000/- each subject to furnish undertaking on or before 12-07-2019 that they will make good the said amount in case they are so directed at the time of final hearing and the final disposal of the first appeal.

With above directions, civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
