The petitioner is awaiting decision of respondent No.2 on a proposal forwarded by the principal of college in which she has been seeking for grant of approval to her transfer purportedly effected under Rule 41-A of the Maharashtra Employees of the Private Schools(Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 (Exhibit-I). 2.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the proposal dated 11.01.2025 (Exhibit-I) received by his office on 15.01.2025 on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six (06) weeks under intimation to the college.
