The applicants/petitioners pray for condonation of delay of 23 days and for bringing the LR's of the deceased sole respondent Shaikh Sikandar on record. The 8 LR's are arrayed in the cause title.

Learned Advocate for the non-applicants submits that he appears for all the LR's of deceased respondent. 3.

Considering the reasons set out in the application and the fact that the writ petition is of the year 1996, delay is condoned and the khs/April 2016/10243-d

application is allowed. The applicants shall bring the LR's of the deceased respondent on record within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today.

In the event this order is not complied with, same shall stand recalled, the civil application shall then stand rejected and the petition shall then stand abated.
