VERSUS

GANGABAI BALAPPA SARTAPE ...

Advocate for Applicants : Mr. AM Phule, AGP Mr. SN Patil, Adv. For Respondent/s ----- CORAM : P.R.BORA, J.

DATE :

th August,2018.

PER COURT :

1) Heard learned AGP appearing for State and learned counsel for Respondent/s.

2) These are the applications for

condonation of delay of 626 days caused in filing the appeals.

3) Though learned counsel appearing for the respondent/s, i.e. Original claimant/s, has opposed for condoning the delay, stating that the reasons, as are assigned, are insufficient to condone the huge delay of 626 days, on perusal of the application, I find that the delay is sufficiently explained and the State needs to be given an opportunity to prosecute its appeal/s on merits. I am, therefore, inclined to pass the following order, -

ORDER

i, The delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law. Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

ii.

On registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondent/s.

iii.

Learned Counsel Shri SN Patil waives service for all the respondents.

Service complete.

iv List the appeals for further consideration after six weeks.
