Criminal Writ Petition No. 509/2019 is filed for quashing of the proceedings of S.C.C. No. 1194/2017 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Rahata and Criminal Writ Petition No. 511/2019 is filed for quashing of the proceedings of S.C.C. No. 1195/2017 pending before the same Court.

The learned advocate for the petitioner has placed on record copies of judgments in both the proceedings wherein, the applicant is acquitted. He thus submits that, both the petitions have become infructuous.
