Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has assailed recovery certificate issued in favour of one Yeshwant Cooperative Bank and against the petitioner before the Appropriate Forum. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to make appropriate prayers in the proceedings filed challenging the recovery certificate.

We have heard Mr. Bondar, learned counsel for Zilla Parishad. 3.

Considering the above, Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner may assail his rights with regard to the deductions of amount from the pension, as is permissible in law.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs. 5.
