Mr.K.B.Jadhav, learned counsel for the first informant - Savita Anil Rathod has filed the present application to assist the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel submits that since Criminal Application No.1544 of 2015 was listed on board, the office did not accept the application. Therefore, he has required to hand over the copy of the application across the bar. Looking to the difficulty of the learned counsel, the application is taken on record. The learned counsel for the Applicant Mr.P.R. Katneshwarkar, has no objection if the application is allowed. Even otherwise, the first informant is having a substantive right, not only to assist the learned Public Prosecutor, but also to address the court independently if the Court is of the view that assistance in the matter is required. In view of this, the application is disposed of.
