Civil Application No. 4342/2016 is filed by appellant for issuing fresh notice to respondent Nos. 5-A, 9 and 11. This prayer is allowed. Issue fresh notice, made returnable on 29.4.2016.

The application is also filed for deleting the name of respondent No. 8. In view of the circumstance that legal heirs of respondent No. 8 are already on record, correction is to be made accordingly in the title clause. Permission is granted to correct the name of respondent No. 11.
