Assistant Charity Commissioner-02, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar seeks extension of six months time for the disposal of Change Report Inquiry No. 761/2018. Report submitted by the Registry indicates that on previous six occasions extension of time has been sought and granted. This Court would have been justified in refusing any further extension. However, in the interest of justice, time is extended by two months as last chance. It is clarified that, no further time on whatsoever ground shall be extended.
