By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought to quash the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No. 258 of 2017 registered with Cantonment Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned A.P.P. states that during pendency of this petition, the investigating agency has filed B-Summary report. He has placed on record the report dated 17th February, 2021.
