VERSUS

Mr. S.S. Deshmukh, Advocate for petitioner Mr. K.B. Jadhavar, AGP for respondent No.1 Mr. S.D. Kaldate, Advocate for respondent Nos.2 to 4 ...
CORAM
:
S.V. GANGAPURWALA AND SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI, J.
DATE :
01st DECEMBER, 2020 PER COURT :
Mr. S.S. Deshmukh, learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner had been to the transferred place for joining. The Headmaster did not allow the petitioner to join. Learned counsel for the respondents disputes the same. The contention of the petitioner is that the grounds for the show cause notice and the impugned order are different. The impugned order is not in consonance with show cause notice.
WP_5149_2020 The petitioner may represent with the respondent. The respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner afresh on its own merits preferably within 15 days from the date of representation. In deciding the representation afresh the impugned order would not be an impediment.
Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
