ORAL ORDER :

Heard the counsel for the applicant. He invited our attention to Exhibit B (Page 15) of the compilation of the application and submits that, licence was valid up to 23.7.2014. Thereafter again the applicant has applied to the commissioner of Police on 6.5.2014. Therefore, according to the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, allegations in the F.I.R. that without licence the applicant is running S.M.K. Global Security Agency is not correct. It is claimed, appointing security persons, is not illegal or does not attract any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.

We have considered the submissions and averments made by the counsel for the applicant and we have carefully considered the allegations made in the F.I.R. lodged on 15.1.2015. The licence issued in favour of the applicant was valid up to 23.7.2014. There is no document placed on record to show that the said licence was renewed and made valid up to a particular period. In that view of the matter, the allegations in the F.I.R. need investigation. At this stage, the application is rejected.
