In the first session, when this matter was called out, nobody appeared for the petitioner. Even in the second session, when the matter is called out, nobody is present for the petitioner. 2.

Vide order dated 09/05/2025, this Court observed that nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was posted on 25/07/2025. Thereafter, when this matter was listed on 22/08/2025, even on that day, nobody appeared for the petitioner. Today also, in both sessions, nobody is appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
