Considering the earlier order of this Court dated 23.08.2017, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner/ husband submits that the amount of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand) has been deposited before the Trial Court. He further submits that this matter can be referred to the Mediator so that an effort can be made to resolve the dispute between the husband and the wife.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent/ wife is agreeable for mediation if she is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.60,000/- deposited before the Trial Court.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner would make an application before the learned 2nd Joint Civil

The parties would cooperate in the mediation proceedings after the learned Trial Court passes necessary orders referring the matter to the learned Mediator.

Respondent No.1/ wife is granted liberty to withdraw Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand) from the Trial Court, subject to the result in HMP No.187/2016.
