DATED : 9th APRIL, 2015 P.C. :- The grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant writ petition is as regards the failure of the respondent/Election Officer to record the name of the petitioner society in supplementary final list for voters, prepared for the purpose of holding elections of the District Central Co-operative Bank Limited. The petitioner contends that the name of nominee forwarded by the society for the purpose of participation in election process ought to have been included in the supplementary final list in view of Rule 10 of Election Rules. The submission made by the petitioner cannot be accepted for the reason that the name of nominee of the petitioner society did not find place in the provisional voters list, as such there arises no question of change of nominee in contemplation with Rule 10(4) of Election Rules.
