The petitioner is challenging the order whereby approval to her appointment has been refused by respondent No. 2 - the Education Officer (Secondary).

Since the order has been passed on 06.11.2024, after the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, providing mechanism for ventilating similar grievance, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to resort to the mechanism prescribed thereunder.

If any such grievance/appeal is put up by the petitioner within 2 weeks, it shall be considered by the concerned authorities on its own merits, without resorting to the ground of limitation prescribed under that Government Resolution.
