Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 & 2 tendered affidavit in reply. The same is taken on record.

During the course of hearing of the present petition, it is brought to my notice that the present petitioner has already availed remedy of filing a revision before Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Latur and the said revision is pending for adjudication.

Since in the meanwhile the process of auction was initiated, the petitioner seems to have approached this court.

Having considered the fact that the revision application is pending, it appears to me

(2) that following order will meet the ends of justice. Hence, I pass following order,

ORDER

i.

The learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Latur is directed to hear the revision application filed by the present petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of this order.

ii.

Till then, though the process of auction shall continue, final sale certificate shall be subject to outcome of the pending revision before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies. Latur.

iii.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
