1. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

It appears that petitioner had filed proceedings under Mamalatdars Court Act, 1906 and the same has been rejected. The petitioner has filed revision before the Sub-Divisional officer, the same has also been rejected under order dated 24-12-2015. The petitioner is at liberty to assail order passed by revisional authority by filing appropriate proceeding.

In the light of above, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. As such, writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. No costs.
