We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the respective sides.
WRIT PETITION NO. 4814 OF 2022 [ 2.
The learned AGP submits on specific instructions that there is no dispute as regards the eligibility of the petitioner Kachru under the
2 5-wp 4814-2022.odt Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shetkari Sanman Yojana, 2017 - Karj Maphi Labh (hereinafter referred to as '2017 scheme'). He further submits that the said scheme has now been replaced vide the Government Resolution dated 27.12.2019 and the new scheme is known as 'Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Shetkari Karj Mukti Yojana, 2019'. There is no dispute that the petitioner would be entitled for the benefits under the 2017 scheme. The learned AGP clarifies that the subsidy was not deposited in the account of the petitioner as his name was not included in the green list which contains names of eligible candidates. Nevertheless, this exercise would be completed by the State level committee, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.09.2022..

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the concerned committee at the State level would clear the proposal of the petitioner in accordance with the terms of the 2017 scheme keeping in view that there is no dispute as regards his eligibility, on or before 30.09.2022.
WRIT PETITION NO. 4817 OF 2022 4.
In this petition, the benefits of the 2017 scheme have not been disbursed to the petitioner Mahadeo in view of the communication dated 31.08.2021 issued by the Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies, Shevgaon, District Ahmednagar, stating the reason that his

The learned AGP submits that this case would also be disposed of by the State level committee on or before 30.09.2022. 6.
It needs mention that the society, with which the petitioner held an account, has repaid the loan amount through the payments received by the petitioner from the Sugar Factory for the supply of sugarcane crop. The loan waiver amount under the 2017 scheme will have to be paid to the petitioner.

As such, this petition is disposed off with the direction to the State level committee to ensure that the petitioner's grievance is redressed on or before 30.09.2022, in view of the terms and conditions of 2017 scheme.
