The petitions were filed challenging the advertisements dated 18.08.2004. This Court, vide order dated 4th March, 2005, had stayed the advertisement, however had made it clear that the respondents can issue fresh advertisement after taking stock of all available posts. The said stay is operating for almost 10 years. Nothing survives in the present writ petitions after lapse of 10 years.

In the light of that, writ petitions stand disposed of in terms of interim orders. No costs.
