Mr. Deshmukh, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, though this Court had protected the petitioner on 05th April, 2021, now communication is made to the petitioner that the petitioner's services are terminated. The learned counsel seeks leave to challenge the order of termination by way of separate petition.

The petitioner may assail the order of termination on the grounds available to her. In that event all contentions raised in the present writ petition also are kept open. The petitioner may make an application with the authorities as may be permissible under law with regard to consequential benefits, which

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
