The petitioner, who claims to have appeared at the selection process for recruitment to the post of Kotwal, wherein, his documents were verified on 29.09.2023, is oblivious of his candidature, whether it is successful or otherwise. 2.

Pursuant to some recruitment process being undertaken by respondents the petitioner has participated, in our considered view, he can have the result by resorting to the provisions of the Right to Information Act, keeping open avenue of filing of application, the writ petition is disposed of.
