The petitioners assail the Government Resolution dated 01.11.2003 which deals with establishment of the cattle camps. The same was pursuant to the drought situation for the year 2002-2003 and the current year.

The learned A. G. P. states that, thereafter subsequent Government Resolutions are issued.

It appears that the said Government Resolution was limited to the year stipulated in the impugned Government Resolution. In view of the prayers made, the petition now would
