Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The claim of the petitioner for verification of his tribe certificate is pending before the Respondent-Committee since 2013. We are informed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the stage of submitting explanation to the vigilance cell report is already over and only the stage of hearing and decision is remaining.

In view of the above, we direct the RespondentCommittee to decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

{2} wp442519.odt In the meantime, there shall be no coercive action against the petitioner by Respondents No.2 and 3-employer thereby terminating his services for want of validity certificate. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
