This is an Application filed by the Claimants for condonation of delay and bringing on record the legal heirs/representatives of deceased Respondent No.1 in the Appeal. 2.

On going through the record, it is seen that the original Claimant was Harishchandra Babarao Chapole and after his death his widow Godavaribai and sons i.e., Manohar and Sudhakar are brought on record in the Appeal. Hence, the learned Advocate for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw the Application.
