This is an Application filed by the Respondent / Claimant in the Appeal for withdrawal of amount under the Award deposited by the Appellant-Acquiring Body in this Court. 2.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant/Claimant and the learned AGP for the State. 3.

There is no dispute on the aspect that the compensation enhanced by the learned Reference Court is within the four (04) times of the amount Awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Officer.

There is no dispute that, in connected appeals, this Court, by order dated 13.01.2025, permitted the Claimants therein to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the Acquiring Body. Under these facts and circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, with accrued interest.
