Heard Shri Sonavane, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

The learned counsel invited my attention to the order passed by this Court on 11.02.2019 in Writ Petition No.1906 of 2019. The learned counsel submitted that the matter is not being heard without any fault on part of the present applicants.

The learned counsel in the circumstances has submitted to extend the interim relief granted by this Court vide order passed on 11.02.2019 till the Additional Collector Aurangabad hears the appeal. 3.

The learned AGP submits that since, the appeal is

ORDER

i) The order dated 23.08.2018 passed by the Additional Collector, Aurangabad, staying the operation of the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, shall remain in force till the appeal is heard by him.

ii) The civil application stands disposed of.
