The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses (b) and (c), which read as under :- "b.

By issuing any appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent No.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee may kindly be directed to decide the tribe claim forwarded by the Principal of College of Agriculture, Saralgaon as early as possible within one month.

c.

By issuing appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent No.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee may kindly be directed to issue Caste Validity Certificate in favour of the petitioner as belonging to Thakar Scheduled Tribe in view of the Order dated 29.08.2013 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No.3800/2013."

The learned A.G.P. representing the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioner is at the stage of vigilance cell enquiry. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner and her real / biological uncle have been granted 'Thakar' Scheduled Tribe validity certificate by the learned Division Bench of this Court at the Principal Seat, in Writ Petition Nos.3800/2013 and 3798/2013, respectively. 3.

The petitioner is a student, who is taking education and she intends to apply for competitive examinations. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) The Committee shall complete the vigilance cell enquiry, on or before 15/09/2022.

(b) A copy of the vigilance report would be supplied to the petitioner forthwith and a hearing in the matter would be posted in between 26/09/2022 till 30/09/2022. (c) The petitioner would render wholehearted co-operation and would not seek an adjournment.

(3) (d) The Committee shall, thereafter, deliver it's order, on or before 20/10/2022.
