Heard. These Review Applications are filed seeking review of order dated 26.02.2024. No any error apparent on face of record is

( 2 ) ca6009.25 pointed out by the learned Advocate for the applicants. Only ground argued is that the order impugned in the Writ Petitions was an order passed against a dead person as on the date of impugned judgment. The Secretary was no more. One Mr. Gowardhan Bhanudas Shinde died in 2009.

This Court hardly finds that said ground can be taken for a long for filing and entertaining these Review Applications. It is well settled that any order passed against a dead person is no order in the eyes of law. This Court finds that present Review Applications are not maintainable.
